I’m a massage therapist practicing in Lander, Wyoming. I’m excited to be practicing at Mountain Pearl Wellness, 164 South 10th Street.
I believe massage can be a powerful way to access our bodies’ wisdom and to improve our self awareness. I offer massage with techniques drawn primarily from Swedish, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy. I aim to provide gender-affirming care and to facilitate an experience that allows you to be in your body, to breathe, and to notice. I will listen to you and your body and work with you to meet your goals.
I recognize that there are many ways healthcare and bodywork can be unwelcoming, scary, and/or unsafe based on who we are. I’m a massage therapist who is thin, white, queer, and is not living with a disability. I recognize that bodywork can be especially unwelcoming to people who are queer, trans, fat, Native/Indigenous, Black, living with a disability, or have otherwise lacked access to bodywork. Because of this, I will do my best to prioritize making appointments for people who have not always felt welcome to seek out bodywork.
